Our Pack

At LH Mercantile, we go out of our way to serve and engage our neighbors (customers). Whether it’s helping to size a puppy for a new leash, collecting products for online orders, or carrying bags out to a neighbor’s car, you’ll always have tasks to do and things to learn, but we try to have fun doing them.

We ensure our team is capable of serving our neighbors (customers). We have an onboarding training program followed by continuous learning opportunities to expand your pet care and nutrition knowledge and build your sales skills and competencies. Together, we make a difference in the lives of pets and their parents.
